My significant career highlights include international Chief Financial Officer experience in the USA and Indonesia. I successfully relocated the finance and administration function of a company from Australia to USA, whilst growing the company's turnover by 600%.
I was Chief Financial Officer for a company whose enterprise value increased by 200% in a 3 year time frame which supported a partial trade sale to private equity.
I've conducted Investor Roadshows and raised funds on the Australian Stock Exchange, and successfully conducted due diligence and transacted several acquisitions, obtained a Commercialisation Australia Grant for Innovation.
